Penny Arbuthnot – Director
Penny has worked in the public relations industry for over twenty years, initially for a leading London agency and then as Account Director at a regional consultancy in Essex before establishing Project PR in 1996. Her experience in managing strategic PR accounts is second to none.


Charles Arbuthnot – Director
Originally with a background in telecommunications and IT, Charles has extensive experience in both PR and marketing. With a sharp focus on achieving results, he is well versed in rapidly grasping new business concepts. Charles is Chartered Marketer and a full member of the CIM.



Rachel Cass – Senior Account Manager
Rachel is one of the most experienced members of the team, with eight years Account Manager experience and was previously editor of Suffolk Business magazine. Rachel, who works on a range of our client accounts, is an Associate Member of the CIPR.



Helen Rudd – Account Director
Helen is highly experienced across all aspects of PR. She currently manages a range of accounts including EEDA Invest, Renewables East and Skills Training UK. Helen won CIPR's Best Young Communicator Award and is an Associate Member of the CIPR.

Amy Bullard – Account Manager
Amy has a degree in Public Relations from Leeds Metropolitan University, and works on a number of accounts, including Havebury Housing, Challs International, Christie’s Care, and Ipswich Building Society. Amy is an Associate Member of the CIPR.

Aisleen Marley – Senior Account Executive
Aisleen graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Public Relations, and did her placement year at the Institute of the Motor Industry. She also specialises in social media PR.

Chris Overall – Account Executive
Chris graduated from the University of York with a joint honours degree in Politics & Sociology, writing his dissertation on 'Brands in the Social Media Age'.
