Project PR comes top in PR Awards
Project PR came away from the CIPR East Anglia PRide awards winning more Gold and Silver medals than any of the other 24 agencies and organisations that entered.
After submitting award entries for seven of the 20 categories, Project PR won four GOLD and two SILVER awards. This follows our success in 2007 when we won four Gold's after submitting five entries including Best Small Consultancy. Project PR did not enter last year.
The awards won were:
GOLD for Best Not-for-Profit campaign for our work with national training company, TBG Learning.
GOLD for Best Consumer Relations campaign recognising our achievements with the PR programme we deliver Ford Retail, Ford's UK dealership division.
GOLD for Best Use of Social Media for the campaign we ran for Challs International and their Buster product range.
GOLD for Outstanding Young Communicator, presented to Account Manager Helen Sharkey.
SILVER for Best Use of Media Relations, again for the Challs International Buster product campaign.
SILVER for Outstanding Public Relations Consultancy in East Anglia, awarded for agencies employing more than five people.
The annual awards, held on the 7th December at the Radisson SAS hotel, Stansted, was attended by over 120 PR practitioners.
“We’re thrilled to have done so well which is testament to the great team here at Project PR and our clients who we work so closely with," said Penny Arbuthnot, director at Project PR.
This year the PRide Awards attracted a total of 1,448 entries from across the UK.
